Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) whenever possible. Please be aware that UPS only delivers to street addresses, not to P.O. boxes. Some merchandise will be shipped directly from the vendor. If you experience any problems with your shipping, please notify Alliance Publications, Inc. immediately.Shipping and handling charges will be based on cost, including expedited shipping. Return shipment of items to either API or an outside vendor must be arranged through API's purchasing and production manager. Shipping and handling may be charged on return items.
