PRELUDE AND FUGUE is by John Harmon. An engaging work begins with a melancholy sonority in E minor and moves beautifully forward to set the stage for an open-hearted fugue that bounces along like a Bach fugue! All the structure and feeling of the Baroque 8th note pulse is there, providing an experience that audience and musicians will love as they sense the stylistic elements of a 17th century fugue.
