Thalia – Sym Orch – Score – Sym Orch
$10.00
Description
THALIA is by Otmar Mácha (1922-2006). “Thalia” is a poetic work masterfully scored by the Moravian composer Mácha, living in Prague at the time, as a Symphonic Prelude. After a beautiful chorale-like opening, “Thalia” shifts into an Allegro vivace motion that moves diatonic 16th notes in robust fashion! Once he established this stage, the opening chorale then joins the 16th note energy to provide a wonderful intensity. The composition returns to its opening stage and comes to a sonorous conclusion. The heart of Otmar Mácha shines through this beautiful orchestral composition. Symphony Orchestra. Score. Grade: 5 Duration: 4:00
Background Notes are in the Resources tab.
