TRIPHONICS by Bohuslav Matěj Černohorský (1684-1742) and arranged by Joel Blahník is an adaptation from a work for Mixed Choir (“Regina Coeli”) by this innovator of the Czech Baroque style of composition. Very beautiful work in ABA form. The exaltation of rejoicing in part A is balanced by a slow, luscious B section which is stirring. Great choice during the Easter Season in churches!
